All submissions are reviewed by the PCO curatorial team. Accepted works enter our permanent civic archive and may be featured in Luminous Echo installations and community events.
Why Your Voice Matters
The ocean does not speak in data alone. Every sensor reading, every wave height, every whale sighting is also a human story — of fishermen and surfers, of children at tide pools, of elders who remember the pier before the storms. Our Shared Horizon exists to hold both: the scientific record and the lived experience.
Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. The archive is permanent and publicly accessible. Youth submissions (under 18) are especially welcome — please indicate age in your submission.
